What are the best areas to live in Seattle?

Ever since I first visited Seattle (2years ago) I fell in love and have been toying with the idea of moving out there. Of course I have to factor in obtaining a job, money, moving expenses, etc. But just for research, in your opinion what are the best and affordable areas to live in Seattle? I'm planning on visiting again in May.What are the best areas to live in Seattle?
Capitol Hill/First Hill. Decent price, hip Seattle feel, lots to choose from. I would also suggest West Seattle for the same reasons.What are the best areas to live in Seattle?
I agree with the other guy, West Seattle is really peaceful, not too busy, about 25 minutes away from Downtown Seattle, had nice houses, you can watch the sunset every evening very clearly, and has nice neighbors there. I reccomend it 7 out of 10 of moving there.



Only bad thing is, it is VERY dangerous at night, as in around the streets, just saying, not going into anymore details.



Ballard is nice, but really busy being almost right in Downtown, only if you're those mainstreamers that live near there. I don't know much about Ballard, but, I've heard good things about it. 5 and 1/2 out of 10 of living there. My awesome church is over there too, Marshill Churh :3
