I'm just wondering what they are exactly. I know it affects our internet freedom, but I don't understand what I have read on it so can someone state what they are in simple terms? I'm trying to decide whether I want to talk about them for a persuasive speech in my english class or not. Do you think this is a good topic? It would be great if you could also provide some websites giving detailed information about SOPA and PIPA that I could use for research to write my paper. NOT websites like Wikipedia or Ask.com that can be edited by anyone or are full of opinions. Thanks for any help! :)What are the SOPA and PIPA Acts?
