If I were you, I'd look into Jamie Thomson and his team at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He pioneered human embryonic stem cells, and his lab derived human induced pluripotent stem cells (they can literally revert skin cells into a pluripotent state). If you're interested in stem cells, Madison is the place to be.What country has the most advancements and research on stem cell research?
Iran is pretty much at the top of the list when it comes to research on stem cells :)
