I am writing a research paper on the 1970s and I am using a quote from Richard Nixon: " I don't give a sh*t what happens, I want you all to stonewall it..."
Do I need to censor the word at all to conform to MLA standards or just leave as is?

Ask your teacher. MLA formatting aside, different teachers will have different ideas of how they want you to handle such a thing.
